You can’t solve a problem by staying at the same vibratory frequency as the problem. Doing so only reinforces the problem.

I see this all too often in everyday life, on social networks, on television, on the radio, in the press: we only talk about problems and rarely about solutions.

People are unhappy with a situation, indignant, and circle around and inside the problem, like a pig rolling in the mud.

“Oh how horrible what Israel is doing in the Middle East.” Political opponents, the same. Criticism is easy, art is hard.

Definitely, it’s not by pointing the finger at our problems all year long that we’ll manage to solve them.

The key to solving our problems is to forget about them and turn towards the solution, rising to the vibratory frequency of the solution.

To do this, we don’t need to see the solution in detail, we just need to feel and visualize the harmonious vibration of the solution. This harmonious vibration is always to be found at the center of ourselves, where the solution lies. And if, in the midst of the storm of our problems, we manage to maintain a constant focus on the heart of ourselves, we will gradually succeed in resolving all our problems and embodying the solution.

The wise man is not so much the one who can solve problems, as the one who can avoid them.
