A journalist once asked a Buddhist master:
👉 What is the greatest problem of humanity?
Hunger? Greed? Power struggles? Violence?

The master paused and replied:
“Before I answer, let me ask you something… Who are you?”

The journalist thought for a moment.
🔹 I’m a journalist. → No, that’s your profession.
🔹 I’m a human being. → No, that’s your species.
🔹 I’m this body. → No, that’s just your form.
Finally, he admitted… “I don’t know.”

The master then said:
“That is the greatest problem of humanity: we don’t know who we are.”

In a world that teaches us how to function, but not who we truly are, this simple question is at the core of everything:
Who am I?

Have you ever stopped to truly explore this question? Or are we too busy defining ourselves by what we do, rather than by what we are?

Let’s talk.👇
